Through a healthy body and mind, we experience the gift of life. Walking or running daily gives us necessary cardiovascular activity to improve blood circulation, strengthen the respiratory system and flush out negative thoughts. Let us come together on September 5th, 2021 to celebrate the joy of walking and make a step towards a healthy, active lifestyle. So count those steps and miles, and get ready to get moving! Walk by yourself or with family & friends, you get to lead the way.
Let us also take a moment to remember the underprivileged children out there in the world who wish to walk towards achieving their dreams in life. A village girl dreams of becoming a doctor. A village boy dreams of becoming a pilot. Access to holistic education is the only reliable path to help them get there.
With every step and mile, let us raise awareness of the importance of education and support the journey of 70,000+ children at our Art of Living Free Schools to blossom to their full potential.
