Care for Children plans and executes many different projects in communities on an ongoing basis. To help keep our patrons abreast of the status of the projects and our overall activities, we bring you "Smile Times", a quarterly newsletter of the Care for Children Program. Smile Times provides news updates, a commentary from a Care for Children Teacher, an in depth review of a specific school or program, a personal update from the program director, answers to readers' questions, as well as a review of upcoming events.
